Anna Kamionka - November 16, 2018

Wyoming, PA

Anna Kamionka, 84, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Her husband Joseph preceded her in death in 2007.


Anna was born in Askam to the late Joseph and Anna Nadwodny Lukashewski. She was a member of St. Monica’s Parish, West Wyoming, PA. Anna worked for many years as a seamstress, a foster parent, and, in recent years, in Wyoming Area’s High School cafeteria with a wonderful group of ladies.


Surviving are her daughter Jo Ann and husband Michael Coolbaugh, son Christopher and wife Carolyn, son Ronald, and son John Kamionka; grandchildren Michael Jr. and wife Jessica, Matthew and wife Priscilla, and Morgan Coolbaugh, Nicholas Leon, Bobby and wife Ashly Glahn, David and wife Lea-Ann, and Holly Kamionka; great-grandchildren Skye-Anne Kamionka, Anna and Harry Coolbaugh, Dylan and Dexter Glahn; brother Clarence Lukashewski, several nieces and nephews, and many loving co-workers.


A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 11am in St. Monica’s Parish, 8th St., West Wyoming. The family will receive friends from 10am until time of service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
